2,434,315.18 Reasons to Smile - DM 2016

The weekend of March 19-20, we were fortunate to participate in Dance Marathon 2016. Dance Marathon at UF is a yearlong effort to raise awareness and fundraise for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, specifically UFHealth Shands Children's Hospital in our very own backyard. The year of hard work culminates at a 26.2 hour event in which nearly 1,000 UF students stand without rest or sleep to represent the hardships faced each and every day by children battling life-threatening illnesses.

As a chapter, we are so humbled and honored to have been able to contribute over $110,000 to DM at UF's overall total of $2,434,315.18 For The Kids!

We could not be more proud of our 27 dancers, 30 Captains, 9 FTKrew members, our hardworking delegates, and our incredibly passionate Overall Director. Our hearts are so full knowing the difference that will be made for these deserving children and their families.

It's truly great to be a Florida Gator!
